Essential oils are used for a very wide range of emotional and physical wellness applications. They can be used a single oil at a time or in complex blends depending on user experience and desired benefit. Essential oils are usually administered by one of three methods: diffused aromatically, applied topically, or taken internally as dietary supplements. We have gathered here some of the best remedies designed by our team. Note the icons next to the remedies for quick reference on their properties and uses.

Oregano can be hard on the liver when used for long periods of time. DoTERRA's On Guard blend should be used along the spine for prevention of illness.
